As a Japanese citizen born and raised in Germany, intercultural understanding has always been important to me. For nearly 20 years I have helped building bridges between Germany and Japan whilst working as a chef and in management of the family-run business “Restaurant HOSHINO”. After its sale in 2018, I continue to pursue this passion as a freelance interpreter and translator.
Since then, I have successfully passed the state examination for translators in 2018 and for interpreters in 2021.
